SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

IT’S IMPORTANT! All orders must be placed in advance, A minimum of at least 15 days or before prior to your event.  Once the order is received our Customer Service Department will contact you to confirm the order.

Fresh flower wedding designs will be shipped overnight for a reasonable fee via FedEx in a custom white box. It will arrive 2 days prior to your event (e.g. flowers for Saturday event will arrive Thursday).  We only ship from Monday to Thursday.  Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery so your flowers are not sitting outside in the weather.  Also, please make sure that they are immediately cut and put in water using the provided glass container adding the preservative packs in order to keep the flowers fresh and leave them there until the moment of the ceremony or reception.  The Flower design must be kept in water in a room that will have temperature of 72 degrees fahrenheit
