Shipping Instructions

IT’S IMPORTANT! All orders must be placed in advance. A minimum of at least 15 days or before is required to process your order in an effective manner.  Once the order is received our Customer Service Department will contact you to confirm the order.

Fresh Bulk flowers will be shipped overnight for a reasonable fee via FedEx in a custom white box. The Flowers will arrive the date that you specify.  (e.g. flowers for Saturday event will arrive Thursday or Friday, it is up to you).  We only ship from Monday to Thursday.  Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery so your flowers are not sitting outside in the weather.  Also, please make sure that they are immediately cut and put in water adding the preservative packs in order to keep the flowers fresh and leave them there until the moment of the ceremony occasion.  The Flowers must be kept in water in a room that will have a maximum temperature of 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
